We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Program Operations Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Factory Program Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory program, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the factory program
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the factory program, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards
- Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers to support the factory program
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in factory program operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems and processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations projects
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies is a plus
