We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Program Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our telecommunications manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, operations, and supply chain management within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize factory operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the timely production and delivery of telecommunications products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations and production staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals and targets.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing factory operations and implementing process improvements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
