Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Assistant to provide support and assistance to a busy family based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping with various tasks related to the family's healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating medical appointments for family members
- Accompanying family members to medical appointments and providing support during visits
- Managing medication schedules and ensuring proper adherence to prescribed treatments
- Communicating with healthcare providers on behalf of the family to ensure proper care and treatment plans
- Assisting with research on healthcare options and resources available in Dubai
- Providing emotional support and assistance to family members during challenging times related to health issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all family members
- Assisting with coordinating and managing insurance claims and paperwork related to healthcare services
- Providing general assistance and support to the family as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Healthcare, Nursing, Psychology, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals and families in healthcare settings
