We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Fashion Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the buying, stocking, and selling of fashion products in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to determine the best merchandise assortment for the target audience
- Collaborating with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to develop and source fashion products that meet the company's standards and requirements
- Creating and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitoring inventory levels and making recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and events
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail buying, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
