We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Fashion Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fashion operations, including inventory management, vendor relationships, and overall efficiency of the fashion department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes within the fashion department.
- Manage and coordinate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze fashion trends to inform product selection and purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the fashion industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of fashion operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion operations management.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
