We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Operations Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Abu Dhabi. The Fashion Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fashion operations within our organization, including managing inventory, coordinating fashion events, and ensuring seamless operations of our fashion-related ventures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive fashion sales and promote brand awareness
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking merchandise
- Coordinate and execute fashion events, such as fashion shows and pop-up shops
- Manage relationships with fashion vendors and negotiate contracts
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop fashion marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to fashion operations
- Train and mentor fashion operations staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in fashion operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field

- Proven track record of success in managing fashion operations and driving sales
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
