Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Operations Manager to oversee the integration of fashion and healthcare within our organization in Abu Dhabi. This unique role combines expertise in fashion management with a focus on healthcare applications, ensuring that our apparel and products align with industry standards while enhancing the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both fashion and healthcare, demonstrating a keen understanding of how style can play a crucial role in patient care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align fashion initiatives with healthcare objectives. Collaborate with senior management to set goals and benchmarks for the fashion department.

- Product Development: Oversee the design and development of healthcare apparel and accessories, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, comfort, and aesthetic requirements. Work closely with designers and healthcare professionals to create functional yet stylish products.

- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality production of healthcare apparel. Negotiate contracts and manage supply chain logistics to optimize cost and efficiency.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products adhere to both fashion industry standards and healthcare regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments of product quality.

- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory control strategies to minimize waste and ensure the availability of products. Utilize inventory management software to track and report on stock levels.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of fashion professionals, including designers, product developers, and marketing specialists. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends in fashion within the healthcare sector. Analyze competitors and consumer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.

- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that promote healthcare apparel and enhance brand visibility. Assist in creating promotional materials and participating in trade shows and industry events.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the budget for the fashion operations department. Monitor expenses and ensure that financial goals are met while maintaining product quality.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry standards related to apparel. Ensure all products are compliant with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to apparel and textiles.
- Proven experience in supply chain management and vendor relations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
