Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector based in Dubai. As a Fashion Stylist, you will play a vital role in curating professional yet stylish looks that reflect our corporate identity and values while ensuring that our team and clients present themselves with confidence and elegance in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wardrobe Consultation: Collaborate with employees and executives to provide personalized wardrobe consultations that align with corporate dress codes, professional standards, and individual preferences.

- Styling Services: Create stylish, sophisticated, and appropriate outfits for various business occasions, including meetings, conferences, and networking events.

- Fashion Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and industry developments, particularly those relevant to corporate attire. Analyze competitors' styling strategies and recommend enhancements.

- Brand Representation: Ensure that the fashion styling aligns with the company's brand image and values, promoting a polished and professional appearance in all public and private interactions.

- Event Styling: Plan and execute styling for corporate events, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that the team is well-represented and exudes professionalism.

- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their fashion needs, preferences, and the culture of their businesses, providing tailored styling solutions that enhance their professional image.

- Shopping Assistance: Assist employees and executives in personal shopping, identifying key pieces that elevate their wardrobe while ensuring functionality and suitability for the financial services environment.

- Styling Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for employees on corporate dressing, grooming, and personal style development to enhance the overall professional image of the team.

- Style Portfolio Management: Maintain an organized portfolio of looks, trends, and styles that are suitable for various occasions, ensuring easy access for future reference.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Stylist or similar role (3-7 years).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and the ability to adapt them to a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.
- A keen eye for detail, color, and composition, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in fashion design software and tools is a plus.
- A degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
