About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic team in the education sector. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our educational programs, events, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of fashion trends, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing styles that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators and program coordinators to understand their vision and requirements for various events, marketing campaigns, and educational materials.
- Curate and style outfits for photo shoots, videos, and promotional events, ensuring that they align with the educational themes and branding guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and color palettes to bring innovative ideas to the styling process.
- Develop and maintain a network of fashion vendors, boutiques, and costume houses to source clothing and accessories as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing fashion shows, workshops, and other educational events, providing styling expertise and support.
- Create mood boards and lookbooks to visually communicate styling concepts and ideas to team members.
- Provide personalized styling consultations for educators and staff, helping them to select outfits that enhance their professional image.
- Conduct wardrobe audits and offer recommendations for wardrobe updates or enhancements.
- Manage budget constraints while ensuring the highest quality of styling and presentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of styling choices in relation to audience engagement and feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion styling, preferably within the education or corporate sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous styling work, particularly in educational or event contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in fashion software and tools for creating visual presentations and mood boards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and fashion preferences relevant to a diverse audience in Dubai.
