Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field operations, ensuring the effective delivery of healthcare services, and supporting the overall mission of improving patient care in the community. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Operations Management:
- Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring all healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and programs, identifying any issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain field operation schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.

2. Team Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field staff, management, and other departments.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and report on data related to field operations and patient care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including patient interactions and service delivery metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on field operations, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance service delivery and community outreach efforts.
- Participate in community events and initiatives to promote healthcare services and engage with the community.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all field operations comply with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits to assess the effectiveness of service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 7 years of experience in healthcare coordination or a related role.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
