We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Organizer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Field Organizer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing outreach activities to promote our financial services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to target specific demographics and locations
- Coordinate and lead field events, such as community fairs, networking events, and promotional campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, businesses, and government agencies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth
- Track and analyze outreach efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach activities with overall business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
