We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services for our pharmaceutical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain pharmaceutical equipment and machinery at customer sites in Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- [X] years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in Dubai and occasionally other locations.
