We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and technical assistance to our retail clients in the Abu Dhabi area. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Traveling to client locations to install, troubleshoot, and repair retail equipment such as point-of-sale systems, cash registers, and barcode scanners.
- Performing preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Training clients on how to use and maintain their equipment.
- Documenting all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborating with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of retail equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
