We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Film Production Assistant focusing on Transportation and Logistics in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the film industry and experience in coordinating and managing transportation logistics for film productions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation for cast, crew, equipment, and props to and from filming locations
- Work closely with location managers to ensure smooth transportation logistics
- Manage schedules and timelines to ensure timely arrival and departure of all transportation
- Assist in obtaining permits and permissions for filming in various locations
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for transportation expenses
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for transportation services
- Assist in the coordination of accommodations for cast and crew during filming
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of call sheets and schedules

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in film production, transportation, or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local filming locations and regulations in Dubai
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production scheduling software
