We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial operations and analysis, as well as experience working within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow management, and budgeting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within financial operations
- Support internal and external audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in financial operations, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus
