We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Marshal to join our team in Dubai. The Fire Marshal will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and customers by implementing and enforcing fire safety regulations and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and protocols to prevent fires and minimize risks.
- Conduct fire drills and training sessions for employees to ensure they are prepared in case of an emergency.
- Maintain and inspect fire safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems, to ensure they are in working condition.
- Investigate and report on any fire incidents or safety violations that occur on the premises.
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and respond effectively to emergencies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire Marshal or in a similar role in the consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and protocols.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Certification in fire safety and prevention is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fire safety role.
