### Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Marshal to join our team in the pharmaceutical sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our facilities with fire safety regulations, as well as developing and implementing fire prevention strategies. This role is critical in maintaining a safe working environment for our employees and protecting our valuable assets.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Fire Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure adherence to safety standards.

- Risk Assessment: Perform comprehensive fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Evaluate and update risk assessment documents as needed.

- Training and Awareness: Organize and conduct fire safety training programs for employees, including evacuation drills and emergency response training. Promote fire safety awareness across all levels of the organization.

- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, ensuring all staff are familiar with evacuation routes and procedures. Coordinate with local fire authorities and emergency services to ensure preparedness in case of an incident.

- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into fire-related incidents, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain records of incidents and safety inspections.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all firefighting and safety equipment is regularly inspected, maintained, and compliant with relevant standards. Coordinate with external vendors for equipment testing and repairs as necessary.

- Collaboration: Work closely with facility management, health and safety teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure comprehensive safety practices are integrated throughout the organization.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on fire safety compliance, training activities, and incident investigations to senior management.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards applicable in the UAE and internationally.
- Certification in Fire Safety Management or similar qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety, NFPA Certification, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and develop effective safety strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fire safety software or systems.

### Skills:

- Strong understanding of fire prevention techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership in fire safety initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety issues.
