We are seeking a qualified Fire Safety Inspector to join our team in Sharjah within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting fire safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with local fire safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine fire safety inspections of pharmaceutical facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
- Develop and implement fire safety plans, evacuation procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Conduct fire drills and training sessions for employees to ensure they are prepared in the event of a fire emergency
- Inspect fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers, to ensure they are in working order
- Investigate fire incidents to determine the cause and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- [X] years of experience as a Fire Safety Inspector in a pharmaceutical or industrial setting
- Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certified Fire Inspector or Fire Safety Officer preferred
