We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Fleet Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and efficiency of our fleet of aerospace and defense vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fleet management strategies to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Manage a team of fleet maintenance technicians and operators
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in fleet management software and systems
