We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of drivers, mechanics, and other fleet personnel
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize fleet performance
- Monitor and track fleet maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and safety standards
- Analyze fleet data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Manage fleet budget and expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet operations team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field
