Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Flight Attendant to join our team in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Provide attentive care to patients onboard, including assistance with mobility, medication management, and addressing any health-related concerns.
- Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations specific to air travel and healthcare, including proper handling of medical equipment and emergency protocols.
- Communication: Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure that all needs are understood and met.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies during flights, including administering first aid and coordinating with medical personnel.
- Pre-flight Briefings: Participate in pre-flight briefings to discuss patient needs and any special considerations for the journey.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient conditions and any incidents that occur during flights, ensuring all necessary information is communicated to ground staff upon arrival.
- Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing the needs and concerns of passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant flying experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with pilots, ground staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination and support for patients during air travel.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a flight attendant or in a customer service role within the healthcare sector.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in first aid/CPR and any relevant healthcare training preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed and stand for extended periods.
