We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer Assistant to join our team based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Floral Designer to assist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various pharmaceutical events and occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Floral Designer in designing and creating floral arrangements for events such as product launches, conferences, and corporate meetings
- Preparing and arranging flowers, plants, and other decorative elements
- Maintaining and organizing floral inventory and supplies
- Ensuring that all floral designs are completed in a timely manner and meet the company's high standards
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of floral displays at event venues
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client requests or concerns
- Collaborating with the Floral Designer and other team members to brainstorm and develop new design ideas

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a floral design or related role (at least 2 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and creative flair
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
