We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Floral Designer Assistant. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi within the Education department, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced floral designers and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior floral designers in creating and arranging floral displays for various events and occasions.
- Helping to maintain and care for a variety of flowers and plants used in designs.
- Assisting with the preparation of materials and supplies needed for floral arrangements.
- Providing support during workshops and classes on floral design for students.
- Helping to organize and clean the workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required (under 8 years of experience).
- A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle delicate materials with care and precision.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
