We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Florist Assistant in our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, as well as a keen eye for design and detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the head florist in designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and corporate functions
- Processing and arranging incoming shipments of flowers and plants
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with flower deliveries when necessary
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and attending workshops or training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a floral shop or similar environment (2-5 years of experience preferred)
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
