We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations within our construction company in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and catering, with a proven track record of managing successful food and beverage programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to enhance the overall dining experience for employees and guests
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets company standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute catering events and special functions
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products are consistently available
- Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improvements to increase profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
