We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety Inspector to join our team in Dubai. The Food Safety Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all food products and services meet the necessary safety and quality standards set by the Dubai Municipality and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of food establishments, including restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and food production facilities, to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collect samples of food products for testing and analysis in accredited laboratories.
- Review and evaluate food safety documentation, including HACCP plans, sanitation procedures, and pest control measures.
- Provide training and guidance to food handlers and managers on proper food safety practices.
- Investigate complaints and reports of foodborne illnesses, and take appropriate enforcement actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with other government agencies and stakeholders to promote food safety and public health initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food safety inspection and regulation.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and standards.
- Certification in HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
