Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Safety Inspector to join our Retail team in Dubai. The Food Safety Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards in our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of food handling and preparation areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor and evaluate food storage practices to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Investigate and resolve any food safety issues or complaints
- Develop and implement food safety training programs for retail staff
- Conduct audits of food safety procedures and practices
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to food safety inspections
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement food safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in food safety inspection in a retail environment
- Knowledge of local and international food safety regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Certification in food safety inspection is preferred
