We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Franchise Consultant Assistant. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi and will involve providing support to our Franchise Consultants in the Information Technology sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Franchise Consultants in managing and supporting franchisees in Abu Dhabi.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls with franchisees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise training programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for franchise meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies for franchise locations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Franchise Consultants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of franchise operations and best practices is a plus.
