We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Sales Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the telecommunications industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive franchise sales and expand our network in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the franchise network
- Build and maintain relationships with potential franchise partners
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
