We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Funeral Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Funeral Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of funeral services within our retail location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate funeral services, including arranging for transportation of the deceased, coordinating with cemeteries or crematories, and scheduling services with clergy or celebrants
- Provide compassionate and professional support to grieving families, assisting them in making funeral arrangements and selecting appropriate services and products
- Manage all administrative tasks related to funeral services, including completing and filing necessary paperwork, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
- Train and supervise funeral home staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring that all products and displays are presented in a professional and respectful manner
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide the highest level of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Knowledge of local funeral service regulations and practices
