We are seeking a compassionate and organized Funeral Service Worker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the funeral service industry and possess a strong understanding of cultural and religious practices related to death and funerals in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements, including scheduling visitations, coordinating transportation of the deceased, and organizing burial or cremation services.
- Communicate with grieving families to provide support and guidance throughout the funeral planning process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with religious leaders, cemetery staff, and other service providers to ensure a smooth and respectful funeral service.
- Assist with the preparation of the deceased for viewing and burial, including dressing, embalming, and casketing.
- Maintain a clean and organized funeral home facility, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working order.
- Provide transportation for the deceased and mourners as needed.
- Assist with post-funeral tasks, such as sending out thank you notes and processing payments.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working in the funeral service industry.
- Strong understanding of cultural and religious practices related to death and funerals in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
