We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Gaffer Assistant in Sharjah, UAE. As a Gaffer Assistant in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for assisting the Gaffer in setting up lighting equipment and ensuring that the lighting is properly adjusted for medical procedures and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Gaffer in setting up and adjusting lighting equipment for medical procedures and examinations
- Ensure that lighting is properly positioned and adjusted to meet the specific needs of healthcare professionals and patients
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of lighting equipment as needed
- Coordinate with other members of the production team to ensure that lighting requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of all team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Gaffer or production manager

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed
- Prior experience working with lighting equipment is a plus
