We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gaffer to join our Agricultural team in Dubai. The Gaffer will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agricultural workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of agricultural workers, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops.
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor the progress of work and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Train new team members on proper farming techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gaffer in the agricultural industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of farming techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is preferred.
