We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gallery Assistant to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and culture, as well as experience in logistics and transportation operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of transportation and logistics for artwork and exhibitions
- Coordinate with shipping companies and customs agents to ensure timely and safe delivery of artwork
- Handle packing and unpacking of artwork, ensuring proper handling and storage
- Maintain inventory records and track shipments
- Assist in the installation and de-installation of artwork for exhibitions and events
- Provide support during gallery events and openings
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of storage facilities
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Museum Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation and logistics, preferably in an art gallery or museum setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping practices
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
