We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Gallery Assistant in our retail gallery in Dubai. The Gallery Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including assisting customers, organizing and maintaining inventory, and providing administrative support to the gallery team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about the gallery and the artists featured in the exhibitions
- Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing shipments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gallery space
- Assist with setting up and taking down exhibitions and events
- Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with marketing efforts, including promoting exhibitions and events on social media

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of art and art history is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
