Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, specializing in the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of gas systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that our gas installations and maintenance processes meet the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain gas systems and equipment in compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments of gas installations to identify potential hazards and ensure safe operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to gas supply, pressure, and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for gas usage in consumer goods production processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of gas installations, maintenance work, and inspections.
- Provide technical support and guidance to operational staff regarding gas system function and safety measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to gas engineering and consumer goods.
- Assist in the training and development of junior engineers and technicians on gas safety and system operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations related to gas systems and provide effective solutions to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gas engineering or a related field, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- Proven knowledge of gas safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Certification in gas safety and relevant engineering fields is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for gas system design and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
