Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Contractor to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Transportation and Logistics projects. The General Contractor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to executing and completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate construction projects
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
- Prepare and submit progress reports and final project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting, specifically in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
