We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Contractor to oversee and manage energy-related construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project planning, and budget control within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines in coordination with project stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting within the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid contractor's license in Dubai
