We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in Dubai. The General Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
2. Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
3. Manage inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
5. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve operational goals.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
7. Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Develop and manage budgets to control costs and maximize profitability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
