We are currently seeking a Glass Blower Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. As a Glass Blower Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for assisting the Glass Blower in creating precision glass components for use in aerospace and defense applications.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Glass Blower in shaping and forming glass components according to specifications
- Help in the preparation of materials and equipment for glass blowing processes
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the glass blowing workshop
- Assist in quality control and inspection of finished glass components
- Learn and develop skills in glass blowing techniques and processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a glass blowing or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of glass blowing techniques and processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
