We are looking for a skilled Glass Blower Assistant to join our team in Al Ain. As a Glass Blower Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Glass Blowers to create custom glass pieces for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Glass Blowers in creating and shaping glass pieces according to client specifications
- Prepare materials and tools for glass blowing processes
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of glass blowing equipment
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Help with the packaging and shipping of finished glass products
- Learn and develop skills in glass blowing techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a glass blowing studio or construction environment
- Knowledge of glass blowing techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting heavy objects
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in glass blowing or related field
- 2-5 years of experience as a Glass Blower Assistant
