- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in glass blowing techniques and styles

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Glass Blower, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of glass blowing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
