We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Research Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Graduate Research Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our research efforts and assisting in various projects related to the real estate market in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on real estate market trends, property prices, and market dynamics in Dubai
- Collecting and analyzing data related to property transactions, rental rates, and market demand
- Assisting in preparing research reports, presentations, and market analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with the team to identify research topics and develop research methodologies
- Supporting the team in conducting surveys, interviews, and field research to gather relevant data
- Assisting in monitoring and tracking industry news, market updates, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector in Dubai

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in real estate research or market analysis is preferred but not required (under 8 years of experience)
