Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team in the construction industry based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with a flair for creating visually appealing materials that effectively communicate our brand and project goals. This role is crucial for the development of marketing materials, project presentations, and other visual content that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop innovative and high-quality graphic designs for a variety of applications, including brochures, flyers, digital advertisements, social media graphics, project presentations, and signage.

- Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual materials, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

- Project Support: Work closely with project managers and architects to create compelling visual representations of construction projects, including infographics, 3D renderings, and presentation boards.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions that meet project objectives.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our designs are innovative and relevant, incorporating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.

- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure all visual materials are completed on time and meet quality standards.

- File Management: Maintain organized files for all design projects, ensuring easy access for future reference and revisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects, including print and digital media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of construction industry standards and terminology is a plus.
- Experience with web design and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
