We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guidance Counselor Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate through personal and professional challenges, and will be committed to supporting the overall well-being and success of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Guidance Counselor in providing counseling and support services to employees
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments to determine individual needs and goals
- Develop and implement personalized action plans for employees seeking guidance
- Provide resources and referrals to external support services as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and progress
- Collaborate with other departments to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment
- Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops and training sessions on topics related to mental health and well-being

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a counseling or support role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of mental health and wellness best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
- Certification in counseling or related field is a plus
