We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Guidance Counselor Assistant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the guidance counselor in providing support and guidance to patients and their families
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the guidance counselor
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and progress
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
