Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Guitar Repair Technician to join our team in Dubai. This unique position combines your technical expertise in guitar repair with a dynamic environment in the financial services sector. As a Guitar Repair Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and restoring a wide range of string instruments, with a particular focus on guitars, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed assessments of guitars and string instruments to diagnose issues and recommend suitable repairs.
- Perform a variety of repair tasks including fret leveling, neck adjustments, bridge repairs, and electronics troubleshooting.
- Restore vintage and modern guitars to optimal playing condition, ensuring attention to aesthetic details and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with our financial services team to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are readily available and in good condition.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in guitar repair and maintenance, as well as advancements in related technologies.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on instrument care, maintenance, and upgrades to customers and staff.
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work completed, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guitar repair and maintenance.
- Proven knowledge of various guitar types and construction methods, with a strong understanding of electronics and setups.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- A passion for music and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the music industry.
- Familiarity with financial services and the ability to understand client needs in this context.
- Certification or formal training in instrument repair from a recognized institution is a plus.
