We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Gym Manager Assistant in our retail gym facility in Dubai. The Gym Manager Assistant will work closely with the Gym Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the gym, provide excellent customer service to members, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Gym Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleaning and maintenance tasks, and overseeing staff schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to gym members, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts to drive membership growth and retention.
- Help organize and promote fitness classes, events, and workshops.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing payments and tracking membership dues.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym environment at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or fitness environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
