We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee our state-of-the-art fitness center located in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the needs of our pharmaceutical employees
- Manage day-to-day operations of the gym, including scheduling, staff management, and facility maintenance
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in working order
- Monitor and evaluate gym performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and member satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to all gym members, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the HR department to promote wellness initiatives and programs within the company
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in gym management or a related role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fitness management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
