Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team in Dubai's vibrant financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for gymnastics and a commitment to fostering a safe, positive, and educational environment for our students. You will play a crucial role in developing gymnastics programs that align with the company's vision of promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and resilience among participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement gymnastics training programs tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced students.
- Conduct gymnastics classes, ensuring proper techniques and safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Provide individual feedback and coaching to enhance students' skills and performance.
- Organize and lead gymnastics workshops, camps, and special events that promote interest and participation in the sport.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting training plans as necessary to meet their developmental needs.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create an inclusive and encouraging environment for all participants.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gymnasium, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Engage with parents and guardians, providing updates on students’ progress and encouraging their involvement.
- Stay updated on the latest gymnastics techniques, trends, and safety practices to continuously enhance the training experience.
- Contribute to the overall growth and development of the gymnastics program within the organization.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma; a degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a gymnastics instructor or coach, preferably in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Experience in coaching gymnastics at various levels, including recreational and competitive, is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate class schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for promoting fitness and healthy lifestyles within the community.
